"Greg and Dan did a great job epoxying our garage floor and I would recommend using them for epoxy needs. We have talked with other companies previously about epoxy and Sawtoothâ s responsiveness and professionalism made us book our project with them. They helped us choose the perfect color and I really love the end result. They were punctual and kept the job site clean. I felt like they really cared for our space as if it was their own. I would highly recommend them and if I have another garage epoxy need in the future will use them again."

Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

Sealing a concrete surface protects it from damage caused by water, chemicals, and general wear and tear, making it last longer. A good sealer acts like a shield to prevent cracks, stains, and deterioration. Plus, it enhances the appearance of the concrete, giving it a fresh, polished look that can boost your property’s curb appeal.

Investing in stained and sealed concrete can be worthwhile and may catch the eye of potential homebuyers during resale. The look is sleek and modern, allowing new buyers to envision a versatile list of home decor options. Stained concrete floors are also easy to maintain and feature a custom look that stands out compared to gray, unsealed concrete surfaces.

Regular sealing, proper drainage, and periodic inspections prevent premature wear and cracking.

A concrete seal can protect your garage floor from water and stains as can an epoxy coating. The main difference is that epoxy is much more durable and better for heavy-duty wear and tear—it’s used in more industrial and commercial settings. If you’re just using the garage as storage for tools and your car, concrete sealer will do just fine. But if your garage doubles as a workshop for side projects and auto repair, epoxy will hold up better.

Yes, polished concrete floors are worth it for homeowners who want durability, style, and low maintenance in one sleek flooring surface. You get the modern visual appeal of stone or tile with far less upkeep and far less cost. Polished concrete flooring is tough enough for high-traffic areas, it’s a great choice for people with allergies, and it’s easy to clean. If your existing concrete is in good shape, polishing it can give you solid value that shines on for years.
