"Donald was AMAZING. I purchased a home from a builder that was listed as a four bedroom, but when I inspected the home prior to closing, I realized it was a three bedroom with a bonus room. Most contractors told me they were unable to take the job because the project was too small, but Donald was eager to help (even though he typically works on much larger projects, too). He was transparent about costs and timing and worked within what he promised. "Great contractor. The crews and foremen were excellent and cared about the job and were respectful of my property. Much personal attention to detail was given to fulfill the layout design that Modern created from our wants and wishes. They are a turnkey full service contractor not using any subcontractors for hardscape or landscape services. I have recommended them to others who are now using them as well. "Mike arrived on time and completed all of the work requested in half of a day. He was respectful, dressed appropriately, and cleaned up after the job. He did more than what was expected of him. We think the bids for the jobs were fair and better than the others we received. The price we paid was exactly the bid estimates. "Arrived on time. Trouble shot the problem, found the problem, fixed it. My motion sensor needed to be re mounted after siding crew removed it. It wasn’t getting any juice. Works great now. He also attached the door bell button and replaced the chime box. He will be back to fix a span of my fence in the future."
