This guy is should be watched carefully. I had him replace a garbage disposal which he charged me way to much money for. He neglected to get the dishwasher drain pipe reconnected to the new disposal correctly, so it leaked. I had to call him back out to fix it. He tried to charge an additional 130 dollars. I told him he should reconsider charging me if he wanted to keep me as a customer. It was at that point he blew up. He started yelling and undid the work he had done. I had to kick him out of my house and off my property. I wasn't sure if he was going attack me physically or not. Beware, this guy should be avoided. I will be turning him in to the BBB as well.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
We were disappointed when JRS showed up with a 50 gallon water tank vs the 40 gallon we expected. Waiting to see how this will effect our gas bill.

"(consumer name withheld per their request) I am sorry to hear that you are not fully satisfied with your water heater replacement. We strive to give great customer service, and provide our customers with the best situation that we can. Per our conversations prior to the appointment, my understanding was that we determined the 50 gallon unit would work better in the space because it was shorter, and that the 40 gallon unit would not work in the space at all because it was too tall. Also, the cost of the 50 gallon unit was less than the 40 gallon. In regards to your gas bill, the new units are much more energy efficient than your old unit, and we do not believe that you will see any rise in your monthly billing. Please let us know if that is not the case so that we can provide that information to future customers. If there is anything we can do to change your feelings about your experience with us, please let us know. We dislike having unhappy customers, and would like to know how we can make things right. -JRS Plumbing"
