Our kitchen faucet had stopped running water. Jim replaced the faucet quickly and also installed an instant hot water machine. I am thrilled to not only be able to use the kitchen sink again but to have the instant hot water right there as well. Jim was very professional and knowledgeable . We will definitely call him again if we have more plumbing issues.

I originally called a large plumbing company in Boise to fix my tankless water heater that went out on me. They quoted a price that was shockingly high. $5900. When I said that I am going to shop around the priced reduced to $5300. I called around and looked online. I found JRS Plumbing and noticed very good reviews so I called Jim. He was able to meet me at my house that afternoon. We determined that the he best option was to replace the unit so I asked Jim to quote a price for a new unit with installation costs. Where the big plumbing company quoted me $5300. Jim quoted $2400 for the same water heater. He came the next day and installed the new unit for the quoted price. Jim is honest, hardworking and very dependable. I highly recommend his company for all plumbing needs.

Jim tracked the issue to a bad thermistor, something the previous plumber had tested and said was fine. Jim was able to get the system working, so my daughter and I would have hot water over the weekend. When the pilot light went out again a few minutes after Jim left, he turned around (this was after 6 pm at this point), got it restarted and stayed until he was sure the water heater would continue to work. Jim returned several weeks later to install a new water heater, at a much lower price than the previous company had quoted. The work was done quickly, and professionally. Jim even took the time to repair a plumbing issue that had existed since the home was built. I have since bought the home from my landlord, and will use JRS Plumbing for any issues I have in the future. Jim is friendly, courteous, and above all else, honest. I would not hesitate to recommend his work to any of my family and friends.

Jim, the owner, came ASAP. I found him to be very knowledgeable. Because of improper installation of the hose bib and damage to the dry wall, he had to cut into the inside wall to fix the problem. He cut in such a way that repair to the wall would go smoothly. Most appreciated was the time he took to explain the problem and the steps to resolve as he went along . He was professional, cleaned up after himself and charged a very fair price for his work. I took several of his cards so I could refer him to friends and family. He will be our 'go to' plumber.

A piece of our sewer line became disconnected, we dug it up and called a large well-known plumbing firm who quoted us over $1500 and said we needed to replace part of the line. We called JRS on Saturday evening expecting to leave a message, but instead got the owner's wife. An appointment was set up for Monday. Jim came out and did the work that needed to be done, including repairing the faulty sewer connection at a fraction of the cost we were quoted by the other company. JRS is our new go to plumber.

All went very well. He checked to make sure there were no leaks and checked the water pressure in the house
