They said we were paid in full and then they try to charge us for the water heater if we're paid in full how are they charging us for a water heater they light and manipulated to old ladies

"In reviewing your file, I can understand where the confusion came in. We had 2 different departments out to your home, our HVAC department, who installed a new furnace and air conditioner and then our plumbing department, who installed your water heater. While the original estimate had both the HVAC and the Plumbing all together on the quote, when our HVAC team came out, they only collected for their portion and failed to collect for the water heater portion of the job. You did receive a paid invoice for the furnace and A/C install, but if you take the total paid for that and subtract it from the estimate, you will find that the balance is for the water heater installation. I apologize for the confusion. We should have made it much simpler for you to understand. I assure you, we did not lie to you or manipulate you in any way. As with all of our installs, everything is covered by a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so we are eager to work with you on this situation until we can come to a clear resolution. Jason and Todd of Diamond Heating & Cooling revisited my home after originally providing a quote to replace my whole HVAC system. My system works fine, it's just 20+ years old. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable but more importantly, they were thorough and honest in their assessment of my system and what could be done, even though it lead to my decision to wait for now. They were by far the most thorough in evaluating my system than any of the other companies I had come out. Both they and the company valued honesty and doing things right over "getting a sale." My thanks to the Diamond's management and to Jason and Todd. I definitely recommend them and will use their services in the future.
