"We are shocked that we received this rating from Rebecca. We were very transparent about the price range and stayed within it. We also talked to her several times after we had completed the project. So we are a bit confused about this rating."
"Julie is a customer that would never be pleased.. We came on a Friday to perform taking out sub-flooring and repair a wall that had dry-rot and a small amount of mold. We made a game plan to jack up part of the house and repair/replace the parts of the effected area. It was discussed to leave brick on the front of the home untouched. We preformed nearly all the work as the estimate outlined. Towards the end of the work for the day, nearing completing the job, she asked us to look at another part of the home that had a similar problem. We directed our focus on this other problem. With permission we removed sheet-rock, insulation and exterior brick wainscot to evaluate and diagnose the problem. Time would not let us move forward and we discussed contacting her on Monday to let her know when we could return as we had appointments already. With a small amount of texture and final touch up on the original project we left. We called Julie towards the end of the work day Monday to let her know if the schedule we were working on would fit hers. She informed us that she didn't want us to come back and she would like a bill for the work we had preformed. We sent the bill for the $2850.00 that included subtracting what we hadn't completed and a small amount for the demo and time on the unexpected extra work added. The amount stayed the same. We received a check in the mail for $313 and an out line of why she was paying that amount. We placed a lien on her home and are about to take her to court to protect ourselves."
