  Good in beginning. But things that needed attention after the walk thru were not addressed excuses were made why they could not return to fix things like Cabniet drawers not shutting properly and not meeting in middle and base trim looks Ike a mess. Owner did not want to come back out be careful if your all ready in contract with them to be sure project is complete before paying because you will not get them to come back

  I am building a cabin at Priest Lake and shopped a few places for granite counter tops. I had driven by Living Stone before and decided to stop in and take a look. The moment I walked in and met Tim and their staff I knew we would end up buying here. I know that sounds crazy without even getting a quote--but after our previous encounters at other places, Living Stone was an amazing breath of fresh air. The whole process was amazingly smooth, thorough, every timeline was met and the end result was amazing counters with impeccable service and workmanship. I can't possibly say enough to express my gratitude for meeting and exceeding all expectations. I cannot remember the names of the 2 gentlemen that performed the installation but they were both top notch and did an amazing job--Thank You all for making the process an amazing experience. It is much appreciated

  Simon was great to work with and kept us informed throughout the whole remodel process. Michael, the person who performed the work, did an excellent job and was a pleasure to have on site daily. He completed the entire project in about 6 weeks by himself, with the exception of the electrician and plumber coming in when needed. I love my new kitchen, flooring and baseboards!   Geoff, Juist think. You were willing to walk away from a large cabinet order (total of 40 linear feet plus upper cabs, totaling tens of thousands of dollar), because you couldn’t be respectful of some older folks who have underlying health issues, meaning that getting Covid, for my husband, would be dangerous. You told me before that you are/were married to a doctor, right? She or he could certainly verify that having a vaccine does not prevent someone from getting a breakthrough case, nor spreading it to a health vulnerable individual. Also a cloth mask, such as yours - a cotton scarf- doesn’t prevent spread of the disease. Most importantly, however, you were utterly disrespectful to us in our home. Geoff, an obvious science-denier, self-righteously left our scheduled appointment because he refused to wear a mask. His rudeness to my husband and myself was disturbing and was a complete waste of our time. His lack of respect for others makes him part of the problem during a time when our country's health and economy is suffering. He is all proud of the fact that his cabinets are American made, but he certainly wasn't showing good citizenship today... and definitely not a "the customer is always right" type of person. So folks out there, Covid aside. Here's my caution. Today the disagreement was about masks. He'd rather lose a 60K order, than wear a proper mask for 20 minutes. I would worry about hiring a guy that is so set in his ways and demonstrably uncaring about his fellow man. If you hire him, boy, you better not go sideways, because he'd blow up the job rather than admit he's wrong. He's super young, and he'll probably mature, but right now I would tread with caution

  This is the second time I've hired Precision Shower and Bath's Randy Domit to fix someone else's mess. He is precisely the kind of person/contractor you want working in your home. His experience, commitment to excellence and eye for detail are (in my opinion) unmatched in his field. He assessed the problem I was having with existing caulk and tile, proposed a new solution and completed the work with exceptional craftsmanship and care. I can't give a high enough rating to Randy and have recommended his work to others who have used his services and say precisely what I do. If you need work of this kind done, you'll be treated fairly on price and you'll be exceptionally pleased with the results

  We had Jeff's crew fully remodel one of our basement rooms and add an egress window. They did some minor work on another room in the basement, and they removed an old, rotten deck that we inherited when we bought the house. All the work is excellent. The personal interactions were great; the crew were friendly, punctual, and thorough. They took the one room all the way to the foundation and built up from there; it was a big project with some funky angles from the 1950s. When we have work in the future, we will definitely contact Jeff again. A few things that I found particularly good: first, Jeff gave us a few different bids to help us figure out which things we could afford to do now and which things we could delay. Initially, we were thinking of doing several partial projects, but because he was willing to give us three different bids, we managed to get exactly what we wanted in one room and enough done in the other to make it very comfortable. Second, Mike and Chris were the two guys here the most and they were friendly and kind. The site was kept clean, and we never worried about leaving them alone in the house. They arrived when they said they would, and they communicated clearly. Third, Jeff was always a phone call or text away. He responded quickly and was kind. There was a hiccup in the some of the electrical work that I didn't catch when doing the walk through. Jeff had the electrician on site within hours to fix the issue. I want to be clear: we had already paid him; I had already signed off on the work; and even then he gave me the same personal attention he'd give us while doing the work. The craftsmanship is great. We really love the new room, and we are more than happy to recommend Jeff and his crew to anyone needing projects done. I will recommend him to friends in the future

  William was thorough, dependable and was able to get the cabinets done in a much more timely fashion than the competitors. He had them delivered when anticipated and made sure the work was done accurately and professionally. He was flexible and accommodating. The cabinets were beautiful high end inset door shaker style with dovetail details and soft close drawers. We are very pleased with the workmanship and high quality of the cabinets. We highly recommend this cabinetmaker
