Three Sons did a great job as always. I've used them for several handyman type of jobs and they've always been reliable. My floors are beautiful and were done promptly at a reasonable price.

My elderly mom found it difficult to step-in to tub, to shower, Now she an walk-in with ease.

Steve also noticed coming up the stairs outside that the metal handrail had pulled away from its mooring, he asked if he could bring his welder and that it would take about 5 minutes to reattach it, I said Yes (you know he did that out of the kindness of his heart)

This is the 2nd project we have used 3 Sons for and are very happy with their quality, craftsmanship and professionalism.  This is a rental property and was occupied at the time of the renovation.  The tenants were impressed with the cleanliness and timeliness of Steve and Kimberly and were comfortable having them in their home.  They did a beautiful job, once again.  We would recommend this company to anyone considering them for a large or small construction or renovation project.

Steve and Kimberly were just wonderful.  The work was done well beyond my expectations.  I felt completely safe allow them access to my home to perform the work while I was not there.  I can't say enough great things about the experience and when ever I need anything done around the house I will not hesitate to call them.

Kimberly hand painted our house. She does not spray. It looks fabulous! We used 4 colors, 3 of which were trim. Even our neighbors were impressed and wanted her business card. She was very meticulous, punctual and VERY professional.  Her bid was very reasonable. On the last day she looked around the house and if she saw something that needed a touch up she got her small paint brush out and made sure everything was just perfect!  Hand painting looks so much better than spray. I can't say enough about her work. I add one more star if I could!

We loved meeting Kim & Steve!. They  Answered all our many many questions. I received a prompt response to my questions via e-mail.   Both of them came to together to discuss the project we wanted.  I found both of them very friendly, easy to talk to, very professional and courteous.  We were so impressed with them that we are going to have them install some flooring in our living room in the future and use them for many projects. For the amount of work that was done, their fees were quite reasonable. It took 7 hours to complete the projects.

When selling home I needed some vents and faucets tweaked and fixed before sale of home. Steve was punctual and performed all the work quickly and efficiently!

Steve was hired to finish an entry way to a mud room that had been destroyed by a water leak. He was affordable, punctual and friendly. Most amazing company!!!

They did an awesome job. They pulled out old flooring and put in new flooring. I trust them. They have good character. They actually ended up repairing work that was poorly done by another company. They went above and beyond the call of duty.

Steve came up with an estimate for some additional material we would need, plus the time he anticipated it would take to complete the job.  He always was punctual, friendly, and responsive.  The quality of the finish was beyond my original expectation.

The entire process went extremely well. Our new deck is far stronger and better built than the original deck. Also, the deck is much better looking than the original. We will not hesitate to use 3 Sons in the future for any renovation or small construction needs. Highly recommended.
