Columbia Cultured Marble

We were very pleased with them. We've had them out twice. They do excellent work too.

Everything has gone great so far. We're not done with the work yet. Update:   Work has been finished and both bathrooms look excellent. The team were professional and did excellent work.  The company as a whole was very easy to work with.

This was a great experience from our first meeting with the people of Columbia Cultured Marble: owners Barry and Karen as well as those who work with them. They showed us what could be done as well as providing us with many options and price ranges. We quickly selected what we wanted for our walk-in shower walls and floor as well as for our new counter top and sink in the bathroom. When it was installed, it looked even better than we had hoped! We were told up front what our expenses would be. We believe we made a great investment that we will enjoy for years to come. Not only were they friendly and easy to work with, they accommodated our changing needs when scheduling install times. They were prompt, professional, and personable. When we have saved enough, we're seriously thinking of working with them sometime (hopefully sooner, not later) to order and have them install new counter tops in our kitchen. We loved that fact that we were working with and investing our money in a local, small business. They create some wonderful products and provide excellent service for a quality price!

Family business; very helpful and full of suggestions. I would have been able to rate the price/value more accurately but this was my first time with cultured marble and I was not prepared for the price difference between a custom shop and big box store.
Let me tell you! The price of quality costs but there are NO REGRETS. The shower door cost 4 times what the big box door cost. BB door was returned because of manufacturers defect which was a BIG HASSLE! Because of schedule, I bit the bullet with the heavier custom door from Columbia CM and it was worth it! The quality and fit are superior in every way and the cultured marble is far better than the shower stall that it replaced.
Customer service is comprehensive and professional. I have no problem recommending this business to anyone wanting to make their home better with quality upgrades.

Stopped into showroom to view all materials available. Family owned business and listened carefully to what we wanted and needed. Gave excellent recommendations and stopped by our home the next day to provide a firm estimate. Ordered the cultured marble and when fabricated (which is done onsite) the arranged for an install date. Gave excellent tips on how to remove old tub and what demo finishing needed to be done prior to install. Provided excellent plumber recommendation and both companies worked will with each other to deliver an outstanding product. Money and time well spent!
