Lacking 3 stars because of the MULTIPLE phone calls required to communicate and set up appointments. Multiple no shows, local dispatch said it was miscommunication… Taking off work multiple times for miscommunication in unacceptable. Michelle would also say she would call back with updates then never does. Despite me calling her and explaining the importance of needing someone to show up at the arranged appointment and frustration of taking off work so many times.ANOTHER NO SHOW. The only phone number is for a national office who schedule appointments with clients before looking to see if those techs are even available. I would happily create a Google Sheet for this company to be able to accurately schedule appointments and get its act together. Highly recommend Southside Plumbing instead. In this hard time, you can’t just take someone for almost $500 for doing nothing and think all is well. All you have done is invite darkness, sickness, and misfortune into your business and personal lives. You may have gotten away scamming unsuspecting customers with your scheme, not this time."
