Description of Work: The installation went very well. The contractor showed up early in order to do a walk through. They got a huge amount of the fence done within a few hours. There was a problem with the shipment in that many of the sections were damaged. The contractor told me that they were not going to put it up and were contacting Lowe's in order to find out what was going to happen. A couple of hours later they were able to continue with the rest of the fence since the Lowe's manager brought the sections needed in order to complete the fence that day. By the way it was a vinyl fence. They stayed until it was complete which was right before dark. They cleaned up the mess and put the damaged equipment on a pallet. They were very professional and made sure I was happy. Which I was.

I did have to go to the store to pick up plastic to cover the concrete because the installers were not able to come until a couple of days later and it was expected to rain. The installers completed the job in one day. The installers cleaned up behind themselves which was great. I was able to return unused materials for a refund which happened very quickly. I am very happy with the professional installation of the fence and the warranty.

 + -1 moreThe whole thing went very nicely. The doors were ordered, we were told to expect installation within one month, but not to exceed two months. Within two weeks we received the call that the doors were in and when can we be home for the installation. Two days later the installers showed up, (Economy Installation was their name, I think) and voila! The doors are perfect.
Description of Work: They ordered two screen/storm doors for our home, and arranged for the installation of the doors.

 + -1 moreThe people that I've dealt with for the most part have been friendly and helpful. I'm able to talk to somebody about what I need to see and if there are other options, that kind of stuff. Most of the people are pretty knowledgeable about their sales areas. There's usually somebody available to talk to. When they didn't have something that I needed, a particular item, they will offer another business in town that they had good experiences with.

Description of Work: I visited lowes due to recommendation of my friend. I was ready to buy more than $6500.00 worth of stuff for my new house. These associates are not trained properly. They do not know there there job. I was waiting 30 min to get help from one associate. He did not know any thing about any products . So I stepped out and drove to home depot . They treated me respectly. No more lowes.

 + -1 moreThey put up a fence that was about 500 feet and they did it in two days. Their prices were pretty good and they had a warranty for their work. They were very polite and they cleaned up their mess. They asked if I wanted to keep the materials that were left over. I didn't want them so they had someone come and pick it up. They gave me a refund for all the materials that they didn't use. There was not a piece of wood left after they were done and it was a huge thing. Their price was fair and competitive, especially with the warranty. They were here before I woke up. I am going to have them install a deck.
