Ted, carefully looked over the deck and made his measurements. He explained what was needed and why so we understood what was the job they were going to do. They phoned before they were going to start so we had time to prepare. The crew started the work and introduced themselves when we check on their work. Immediately we felt very comfortable with them. They were friendly and explained what they were doing and why. As whith most projects, a little more damage was found. I asked that it be replaced as needed and I offered to pay since it was not included in the estimate. The extra damage was repaired but they stuck with their estimate and rejected my offer to pay an additional amount. The project turned out as nice as we were expecting. We will definitely hire them again."
