"I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with Andy and how thrilled I am with the finished result in my kitchen. I collected a number of recommendations from friends for other contractors, whom I met with - but, I am so glad I went with Andy. From the start, his communication was exceptional. He gave me a very realistic (and ultimately accurate) timeline and I always knew exactly who was going to be working in my house on what days. No surprises what-so-ever, and when there were some minor unexpected plumbing issues once he opened the walls, Andy set up a time to discuss options with me and presented me with multiple solutions depending on my preferences and budget. There are SO many decision to be made for a large project like this, and as a first time homeowner, I was a bit overwhelmed at first - but Andy did an incredible job guiding me to quality suppliers for materials and helping me through the process all along the way. I never hesitated to ask if I had a question and Andy always took the time to respond and explain things in a way I could understand. Andy did a lot of the work himself, but his sub-contractors were also superb. Despite the fact that my kitchen was completely torn up, the house stayed surprisingly clean, they always left the site in great condition at the end of the day and were very respectful of my time and space. Even though the job was completed a few months ago, Andy has stayed available to me as I have had one or two silly little questions come up - he's been quick to respond and make sure I am satisfied and have the information I need. Andy's pricing and estimate upfront was clear and straight-forward and again, no surprises or anything questionable on that. Very fair cost for the quality of work and professionalism. I will be doing additional work (bathroom remodeling) in the next few years and would not go with anyone else besides Andy & Scott's Home Renewal. "The company was able to come out to look at our sinking garage within a week of initial contact. Reo confessed that he had never seen a garage laid without footings, and he wasn't sure how much it would cost to add them. I had another company come look and give me an estimate and called Reo back. Reo said he was confident he could do the job if needed, but if the other company had done it before, he would recommend using their service instead of his. While ultimately I did not hire this company, I appreciated their honesty and professionalism, and would not hesitate to call them for basement work or other work more in the scope of what they do."

"David met with my husband and I to see what our plans were for our basement. He was very patient as both my husband and I had our own ideas still. He gave us options and a rough estimate with in 3 days of our first meeting.  As David and his crew started to reconstruction of our basement some of our needs changed. After the living area was constructed we decided to add a wet bar, which turned out beautiful. The spare bedrooms and extra bathroom turned out amazing. We added a Jacuzzi tub ( that was something I really wanted) and the tile work was detailed and flawless, as was the rest of the laminate flooring they laid. From start to finish we had an excellent experience with David and his crew.  I would highly recommend them for any size project. What we thought we wanted some what changed along the way and he was very patient and accommodating. I definitely feel that the price was fair and we couldn't be happier with our new remodel.
