He was pleasant and sincere, wanting to make sure we understood his plan for a new deck and how much it would cost. He and his crew showed up on time and were quietly competent and professional. They dismantled the old deck and built the new one in a single day. They cleaned up the debris and hauled it away. They even volunteered to trim some low-hanging branches from a tree in our yard. Replacing an old deck can be stressful. Ermin and his crew took the stress out of it. We are delighted with our new deck and with Beam Construction. We can heartily recommend them."

"Crew of 3 arrived early and on time. Knocked out the bathroom demo in 3 hours. No problems and very outgoing and curtious crew. Clean up could have been a bit better and there seemed to be a leak at the toilet shutoff valve after job completion where there was none before. Had to run out for a cap for pipe after discovering the ceiling in kitchen leaking. But may rehire to pull rugs and flooring to prep for new flooring later."
