These included totally gutting and finishing my kitchen; finishing a basement to include a den, bedroom, bath, and laundry room; and replacing the exterior siding and trim on my 1974 house. He is an amazing carpenter/craftsman. He is easy to work with and comes up with creative solutions to problems. "Install seemed to go OK, crew was great - only reason I?m giving two stars. Communication with this company was horrendous. Scheduling my initial measurements was hilarious, because their staff doesn?t understand that I work on call and my schedule can change - I would give them at least 24 hours notice in the event I needed to reschedule (which is 26 hours more notice than they gave me). The grumpy old lady that handles the scheduling gave me attitude over it - the idea that I could POSSIBLY need to reschedule - like it was the biggest inconvenience of her day, and almost lost my business right then. Stupidly, I brushed off her attitude and incompetence, and decided to proceed since I had a signed contract anyway. They were supposed to show up between 8am-12pm - waited till 10am (after I took the day off work and lost several hundred dollars) to tell me the crew couldn?t make it, and rescheduled me TWO WEEKS OUT. At this point, we?re heading into frigid temps and snow, and my broke"
