Lee Construction

When I lived in Vermillion SD, John did all of my remodeling projects from 1994-2016. These included totally gutting and finishing my kitchen; finishing a basement to include a den, bedroom, bath, and laundry room; and replacing the exterior siding and trim on my 1974 house. He is an amazing carpenter/craftsman. He is easy to work with and comes up with creative solutions to problems. He comes at a moment when notice when emergencies arise and his rate is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend John for any addition or remodeling project.

My husband and I have used Lee Construction over the last 22 years on projects ranging from a new home, a recent complete remodel of a second home. They do excellent work and reasonably priced and complete the construction on time. I would highly recommend them!!

John Lee has done multiple repair/restoration/remodeling/roofing projects for me, as well as the construction of free-standing outbuildings. Much of this work has been done on a fifty-year-old Frank Lloyd Wright style home which always presents unique restoration challenges. As well as a gentleman, John is a careful, thoughtful artisan, armed with a lifetime of experience and knowledge, pride in his work, and (what must be) a fortune in specialized tools. His work for me has always been wonderful and I could not recommend him more highly.

John is a very talented and experienced builder. He was able to take a challenging custom built-in cabinet/shelving design and make it look beautiful. He's very honest and fair in his pricing, too.
