ek-Edit This is a very good community with good people and good businesses. Everyone can make a mistake but this business by far takes the cake. I humbly suggest people in our community to avoid this business. There are many good water treatment places out there and this one is bad. First of all, a salesman named Harry, told us stuff that was NOT true. Then this man asked us to pray for his grandkids and a huge custody fight. Obviously if it were not true how would we know about it? He then said he can remove the price for salt if we did that. And he didn't do that. THen we got a new house and instead of putting in the small faucet as they were too lazy to do, it's what we always had and always used and wanted, and instead we got this little black thing that when we push it, some infared thing makes water come out. Ok, this little black thing rarely worked. Hardly ever. Then some batteries leaked in it and when we told Peggy, this worthless person could not even help us and send someone out. We got totally ripped off and we are seeking legal action on this fly by night company and operators. We gave them several chances and Harry using his grandkids as ploys also has gotten DSS involved. That is sick. And asking for prayers in return to get no charge on salt. Again sick. And a lie. What he said about the Catholic church was not good and Bishop is being contacted and Culligan corp offices are as well. Don't make the same mistake we did and go to this fly by night company. There is more sick stuff too but this is all I want to post on my review now. Thank you.

I have been doing business w/ SF Culligan for 50 years I have always been very satisfied.

Culligan was on time and was friendly even petting my dogs and talking with them-happy with service.

They thought they fixed it but it still didn't stop the slow running water. I stopped the machine for a month and sure enough the water bill went down. I will need to call them soon.

We pay a monthly fee for the water softener. Salt is delivered and put into our softener on a scheduled basis. The date for service sometimes changes without notification. If weare unaware of the delivery date, salt is left outside regardless of the weather. When talking to culligan staff on the phone they are rude and accuse me of ignoring delivery notices that were not received.

I tried to join Angie's list once but could not get the site to work! I did not authorize to be charged every month on my Paypal Acct #5218 5310 1517 0609. I sent an email months ago to take care of this-did not get a response-I do not use Angie's-if I signed up by error-my fault-I would like my card credited for all charges in the past-thank you. We are exceptionally pleased with Culligan service.

They are always friendly and helpful when they come bring the water. I am in an office that appreciates quiet and it is nice they don't bang around. Always lift the bottles for me and checks to see if the current bottle needs changing. Travis has been an awesome salesperson / technician.

Everything has been excellent. They installed everything in our new home and they have takes care of us since.

Work done as expected, took about 5’.

Come on time diagnosed the problem, had to order the part returned a week later and installer, seems to be working fine more.

I should have had them out a long time ago, when the water pressure had dropped, I had apparently waited long enough that the filters had become clogged and stopped up. The service tech showed up within the allotted time window, but at the very end of it. I was wondering if he was even going to get here on time. Now, it was very quick service, he had to change out all the filters and sanitize and reset the system. That was all done in about 30mins. He upgraded some items that had changed recently, but did not need to do that. I was pleased with his politeness and respect. He left our kitchen looking cleaned as if he had never been here.

Instead of making a list I will put it simply. The customer service is not there and they make it very clear they do not care and they do not need your business. what ever you do do not sign anything.
