  There was a lot of overspray, my indoor controller for the over head door was sprayed but they replaced it. The East wall was short of of product along with a few other areas. I asked management to come out and they did . They brought the crew back out and made it right. This was a 30x56 area. I would hire them again

  it is 100 degrees outside today and our second floor is 73 degrees! Before we had this wonderful company add insulation it was 85 degrees outside and 80 degrees inside. Mike and his crew knew what we needed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Absolutely would hire them again

  The service from Bakeris roofing was outstanding. &nbsp;From the first contact to the time everything was completed they exhibited a high degree of professionalism, and made certain the job was done right. &nbsp;Their crew was fast and did an outstanding job, cleaned absolutely everything up afterwards, and when doing the gutters the installer made a couple suggestions on changing the downspouts so that water flows away from the house better than it did before. &nbsp;All at a price that was very competitive. <br>Everyone was extremely punctual, and they were able to wrap up the entire roof in one day. &nbsp;It really looks fantastic! &nbsp;I would highly recommend Bakeris roofing to anyone, and I would do so without any hesitation whatsoever. <br> <br> <br

  The team sent did a great job! Supplies were delivered when they said they would be and the team was here to start the job when they said they would be here. With a threat of rain, they made sure when they stopped for the night that nothing would get wet that shouldn't and they worked late to ensure any potential rain did not cause any damage. When they removed the old chimney they found the wood was rotted, and replaced it without question. It took them 3 days to complete the job, but they cleaned up as they worked each day and made sure they cleaned up before they left daily. We have found no nails or trash from the job and the house and garage look great. They also took special care of two Clematis plants I have by the garage - and as they were gifts from my sons - it is greatly appreciated. We were impressed with the professionalism, and the work ethic the team showed as well as the quality of completion

  Ciro was one of the first to respond and he actually came by quickly to see the scope of the work. I got a few bids but felt most comfortable with Menaci because of the reviews. Good communication. Dates had to be be switched a little, but it was discussed. The actual work was excellent and took less time that quoted. The workman was careful to cover everything and cleaned up beautifully inside. He neglected to clean up all on the outside. I let Ciro know and he personally came over on a Saturday and cleaned up extremely well. He cleaned up an area that was not really a part of the mess. I felt like this was an excellent response to my situation. Thanks for the work and the extra work you did to make it all right

  He was honest and told me that he couldn't guarantee the caulking would work. He also said he would not have been able to remove the nest if the birds had already started a nest and laid eggs there. He told me the caulking has kind of a peppery substance in it that the birds do not like on their feet. He also took down an empty nest nestled in between our house and our awning on the back of our house and cleaned up all the mess the birds had left on the side of the house using a bucket of water. <br /> While it was costly, the caulking worked and you couldn't see it at all. It's been great because their nest was right in front of our door and the bird's were leaving quite a large mess that I would have to continually spray off so my kids didn't step on it with their bare feet in the summer. Plus last year a baby bird fell out of the nest and was dead on our porch, after that every time we went out the door or had company at the door, the birds would dive bomb us. I was very glad the caulking worked! He also told us that if the birds came back to the nest in the back of our house, we could watch and put a broom up to knock down the few pieces of straw for a couple of days and they would get fed up and find a new place to go. We did this only for a day or so and he was right, they went somewhere else. Now we don't have bird poo all down the side of our windows. Even though the price was kind of on the high side, I'm glad we did it and I'm glad it worked! He was very professional and called to follow up and check on it a few days later. I was pleased to tell him it worked and they still have not come back! <br /

  Umthun Construction were very professional. I went with a different company because of recommendations I received from others on another company. It was a close call, but with the personal recommendations, it made me lean towards the other company more. I would have gone with them. They've very informative. They're very friendly and very professional. I'm actually thinking about using them for some more work in the future
