We don't use it as a garage, but just a storage shed. That was told to the person on the phone. Being a storage shed, it was full of stuff. Steve came out and looked at it. He said we needed some spring extenders and he would have to order them. In the meantime he disassembled the good spring so he wouldn't have to do it later. He specifically said he would be the one coming out to fix it and someone would call in a few days. After a week, my husband called to find out when someone would come out. The secretary said someone would call back. Brian called and told my husband no one would be coming out to fix anything. He said our garage was a "pig sty" and they refused to deal with us. My husband offered to clean it out. Most of it was big items, like our grill. He was super rude and said no one from their company would ever come back. When he was asked about the good spring that was removed, he said that was not going to be put back on. My husband told him we could not open the door because the spring was off. He said we didn't need to open it anyway. Then he made an excuse about not being able to get the parts anyway. I can't believe someone doing business with customers would be so rude! When my husband called back to talk to the secretary, she just said, "His bark is worse than his bite." This is the most unprofessional company I have ever tried to deal with

"Jeremy and Jonah once again did an excellent job for us. This time it was a remodel job to replace a ceiling and light fixtures in our basement family room. The ceiling had the old popcorn ceiling texture and we've wanted it replaced for a long time but put off because of the mess we expected to take it down. Jeremy came out and gave us suggestions, quote, etc. that it could be done by putting new drywall over it instead of taking it down. They put up new drywall and were very particular to get the mud, sanding and finish just right. You cannot see any seams in the entire almost 400 square feet. They extended duct work as needed for better vent placement and the family room is so much warmer now. Jeremy and wife Jennifer worked with us during the time after work was scheduled and before it started to advise on light fixtures to put in and Jennifer even located them for us locally to purchase. Jeremy even suggested an improvement related to the stair edging. He provided and stained a piece of wood to match the existing trim along the stair risers and now the new ceiling edge piece is so much nicer now and blends in with the other trim. When this new edge piece didn't take the original stain very well and had an unfinished edge, they came back out to correct it at no charge as part of their guarantee/warranty work. "The owner Chris is very personable and provided an accurate quote for the work they did. Initially there were some issues with loose siding, etc., but that has been corrected. I ask for and received a quote for roof replacement and will probably use Worth Exteriors in the future for this type of work.
