"They said you could not put a outlet closer than 3 feet in the bathroom-GFCI? They left the house muddy (its was snowing/raining) everyday they work in the house. Never cleaned up after themselves. The owner is very unprofessional and racists, even though he hires Latinos. They drove on the grass and tore up. They completely missed driving on the driveway. Never offered to fix it. Did not complete all the items listed in the quote we agreed upon. Tried to charge me $400 to stub in for a ceiling fan. replacement outlets, they made the drywall opening larger than the outlet cover and would not repair. Pretty anything they messed they refused to fix. THEN the owner after I requested money off for items forgotten or missed and things he ruined, he has the balls to call the building permit dept because i removed drywall in the dining room. super dick move!!! and not trustworthy."

Please learn from my expensive mistake and hire someone else from the start."

The material cost of the service could not have been more than a $100--I checked--so I paid $650 for labor and overhead. That's far too much, but I had my back to a wall. The reason it was so expensive is because they charge based on a flat fee, e.g., $150 a GFCI breaker, which is already high, but most mundane tasks don't take very much time and such a breaker shouldn't cost more than $30 retail. There is absolutely no excuse for those prices; it's price-gouging."

They only contacted them with the information after they applied a late fee to the bill. When I got informed from my warranty company that they received the information and given the details of what I still needed to pay to Dickerson. I went in person to pay the bill with a check for the amount owed. I was received with a horrible attitude when I explained the situation and was here to pay what I owe still. They claimed I owed more than what I actually did and said "well you can pay that but I will send it to collections.""
