Mike did an excellent job of assembling and installing a new ceiling fan/light combination in our townhome. He also installed two dimmer switches for us. He did a neat, clean job and we are very satisfied.

Called Mike for partial outage. We set a time for him to come over today during the Blizzard mess. He asked us to call MidAmerican Energy as he suspected they would resolve the problem. They came out and found the problem! Will definitely use Ark ongoing for being honest and willing to help same day.

Mike was great to work with! It was easy to schedule our small job. He texted when he was running late and gave me an ETA when he had it.
