"The service man first explained what he was going to do and then kept me informed of things he was finding. He showed me with a camera of issues internal to the furnace and also of issues with the AC unit. He explained things in layman's terms so I could understand. In the end I am purchasing a new furnace and AC unit because the cost to fix everything was not worth it. I am having them install both because I know and trust that they will do it right the first time at a very reasonable price. "Call Golden Rule on a Friday night, and they were able to send someone out first thing Saturday morning.
