I called about 8 p.m., they answered right away, apologized for not having a repairman available right away, but set an appointment for between 10-noon on Saturday. The repairman, Brent, was there by 10:30, appropriately wearing a mask. He was swift to check every part of the AC set-up and quickly found our problem - a bad compressor - and repaired it.
