"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"The job required removing one layer of shingles, completely re-sheeting the entire roof and applying water and ice barrier on eaves and valleys, tar paper, new D-Edge and 30 year architectural shingles The crew arrived promptly at 7 AM and placed plywood to protect windows and doors and placed tarps all around the house to catch roofing debris. By 12:30 PM they were finished, debris picked up.The crew was 10 individuals plus Rick. They seemed well trained, worked hard and Rick was on the job to lead and supervise. Rick uses a large trailer to collect and haul debris so no dumpster is blocking the driveway for several days."
