I had a quote given in March for the siding on my house to be done. They said they would be able to start in 3 weeks and they would give me a call a few days before starting. After 3 weeks passed I hadn't heard anything from them so I gave them a call and left a voicemail, to which I had no response. I called another 2 times with no response. I sent an email and got no response. A week later they show up unannounced to start the work. After the work was done, I received an invoice for $1500 more than the original quote. I was told it was because of the extra work they did, which they did not make the extra cost clear at all. When I called to ask about the extra cost and not having any phone calls or emails returned I was told they were to busy to get through voicemails and emails, and that they will not be doing anything for me. Moral of the story is, they do good work, but have TERRIBLE customer service. All they care about is the $.

They were very professional, they did the work on time and stay between the estimate. Highly recommend them.

Horrible  experience. Rick DeNeve has to be the shadiest contractor I've seen. Once he gets your check its all he cares about. Workers damaged my soffit which he is trying to bill me for since he "fixed it", damaged my car that was in my garage. Threw a temper tantrum at my insurance agent when we filed my auto claim. Clean up was a joke, nails, staples, pieces of shingles all around my yard. Damage to my gutters which were installed last year. 3 weeks after my roof was replaced I'm still finding nails, staples, debris coming off the roof. Of course he doesn't answer his phone when you try contacting him either. Once the check  clears you won't hear from him again, unless it's to bill you or make threats. Wish I would have went with Afffordable roofing instead. BUYER BEWARE!

I liked their professionalism and speed of work.  Their price was comparable to everybody else and they did it in one day.

I got three estimates and went with Deneve. I am pleased with my choice, and after 3 years and still glad. Our neighborhood had a hailstorm and everyone needed new siding. Although Deneve had more customers in line, waiting for their house to get new siding, I never felt that they rushed or in any way compromised the job just to hurry on to the next one.The craftsmen  were all very punctual, professional and picked up after themselves really well. There was a younger guy who seemed to be new and he was carefully supervised, positively supported and was a great addition to the work group. Just as important as the good job they did with the siding, they helped me solve 2 problems I'd been having with the house: Birds kept building nests at the top of the brick columns on my front porch so they fashioned a solution with metal break.  I had previously had an occasional leak from rainwater getting behind my old siding during hard rainstorms. They took special care with the siding in that area and have said that if that happens again with their siding they stand behind their work and will come remedy it.

Rick Deneve's company reroofed our house several years ago. After a recent heavy rain, I noticed a wet spot on the ceiling. Rick was out shortly after I talked to him and quickly remedied the problem ( which was probably caused by an ice dam.) Rick has been prompt, professional and courteous in all dealings I have had with him. I would strongly recommend him for your roofing needs.

They arrived at 7:00 am went right to work! Tore off old roof and shingles. Put up new ones, cleaned the yard, decks and driveway. Excellent job! We are super happy!

Arrived early with all materials ready to work, even though there was some chance of rain for the day. The crew immediately prepared the yard around the house so nothing would be damaged during construction. They quickly had the old shingles off the roof and all new materials on top of the house before noon. At 4:30pm I went out to do an errand, when I returned at 5:15 they were finishing the last of the clean-up and everything was cleared out. I couldn't have asked for better care, faster work, or better quality. We were very impressed with the bid, the crew, the work, and the entire experience.

Residence- Received estimate the same day. Performed job with a month. By the end of the day, they were finished and had cleaned up.

Garage- Completed the job the same week. Only took a few hours.

Dependable, responsible and professional.

Went extremely well. Workers were prompt, friendly and worked hard. Accomplished in 8 hours. Love our new roof.

Wonderful!  Not only was their response time fast, their workers were kind and worked hard and efficient. Definitely will use and recommend DeNeve again!!!

Tear off and replace shingles, 27.5 SQ. They showed up as scheduled, covered up everything to prevent damage, stayed late to finish it all in one day. Did a good job cleaning up after. Put the dish back up right where it was. Looks good to me! Rick, the owner, was here about half the time and was a pleasure to work with. They put on GAF shingles with an optional 50 YR warranty. I also got a rebate from GAF for being a veteran, which more than covered the extra warranty.

Said he would call back on Friday and never heard from him again.
