"We were looking for someone to possibly repair a power recliner and luckily found Stephanie. She was truly helpful and although we chose not to repair the recliner (due to the cost of the replacement part and the fact the company required it to be installed by a certified tech) the research and customer service Stephanie provided was top notch. Would highly recommend her. As a matter of fact she will likely be doing some deck repairs for us in the future."

"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"Ken responded straight away and came out and gave me an estimate next day, and repaired my roof the following day for a reasonable amount. Less than $200. He has a Hawaii area code cell phone but lives in Marion so don't let that scare you away. The previous owner of our house did a really crap job on the roofing around a chimney they added, Ken figured out the different problems we were having and made three corrections to the issue and came out with an good looking, functional fix. I would recommend Ken for roof repairs without any hesitations."

"The job required removing one layer of shingles, completely re-sheeting the entire roof and applying water and ice barrier on eaves and valleys, tar paper, new D-Edge and 30 year architectural shingles The crew arrived promptly at 7 AM and placed plywood to protect windows and doors and placed tarps all around the house to catch roofing debris. By 12:30 PM they were finished, debris picked up.The crew was 10 individuals plus Rick. They seemed well trained, worked hard and Rick was on the job to lead and supervise. Rick uses a large trailer to collect and haul debris so no dumpster is blocking the driveway for several days."

"The first guy that came out misdiagnosed the problem. We had to have them come out again. He didn't charge us, and did the correct repair. They were OK with pricing. Most repair places don't apply the service call charge to the repair charge, but Sears did. The first person I talked to on the phone didn't know what she was talking about. That call was very challenging, possibly because of a language barrier. I would use them again."

"I made a mistake and didn't realize the company didn't actually come to the home, but did the consultation over the phone with photos."
