"We have used one of the more recognizable plumbing companies in the past and had called them out to investigate this same leak. They charged me $75 to tell me that it was just water running through the PVC pipes that I was hearing - did nothing to investigate the leak. The leak got worse and ended up damaging the drywall downstairs. I contacted Advantage Plumbing first thing today and by 10:00 they were at our house. Joe was able to diagnose the problem within the first few minutes and proceeded to fix it - needed to replace the seal on the toilet. I couldn't be happier with the service we received and Joe was great to work with - explained the problem in detail - he was friendly but at the same time professional. So much for the name brand plumber -- we now have a company that we will not hesitate to use in the future for all of our plumbing needs. We would highly recommend Advantage Plumbing."

"I am a pastor, and I live in a parsonage. If you know anything about a parsonage, you know that every few years it gets new tenants and a lot of things get kind of pushed to the side or to be mentioned to the owners of the building, which is the church I serve. so I realize that we had some serious Tuckpointing issues with our front flower bed. I was familiar with Tuckpointing because the church that I was secretary of many many years ago used Tuck pointers to fix the brick on the church to repair the cracks and things. I got on Google , and found a site that looked safe filled in the information and then Scott from Groundworks called me set up the appointment and came yesterday to look at our brick. It turns out that the brick of the house is fine and doesn’t need any repair and the brick of the flower bed just needs to be taken down and destroyed because it’s not fixable . It would be fixable if we spent a whole lot of money we can’t afford. what I really appreciate is from the beginning. I think Scott realized that he probably wasn’t going to get any business from us, and yet he treated the job as if he was going to make the most money. He was efficient. He was accurate. He was kind. If I ever need tuck pointing, I will definitely call groundwork and I will ask for Scott if he’s available. This is not just Tishomingo area, they serve all over Oklahoma and possibly beyond I don’t know."

"Where do I start?!? If I could give Jason 10 stars, I would. He was at my house an hour after I called in a panic when several drains were clogged and unusable. He was professional, friendly, and got right to work. His experience and problem-solving skills were clear right from the start. When my old pipes for one drain didn’t allow him to snake down far enough to clear the clog, he simply moved to another drain to do what needed to be done. Shortly after that, the clog(s) was cleared. When I despaired out loud while he was in the first drain that it didn’t sound promising, he simply replied, “Don’t worry, I’ll get it cleared!” I would absolutely recommend Jason to anyone and everyone who needs an experienced, honest, friendly and hard-working plumber, and will be sending my family and friends his contact information. "Nature's Helper was very responsive from the very beginning. Receive another bid from one of the other larger companies town, and there was zero followup from other the other company, clearly didn't really want this job. Not Natures' Helper, followed up just as Jeremy said he wound and was able to get the install scheduled sooner than I was expecting. The install crew (both the plumber and sprinkler) were awesome, and they were able to get the job done without needing to cut any access openings in my just recently finished basement, a huge plus!!! Absolutely love the sprinkler system, not sure why I've waited until I'm almost 50 to enjoy the conveniences of having one. Also upgraded to include the rain sensor (a definite plus) and also the wireless remote option (a even bigger plus), being able to control via the app on my phone, very nice. I would definitely recommend Nature's Helper to anyone, whether needing a fresh sprinkler install or just needing some existing system maintenance."
