They charged me $75 to tell me that it was just water running through the PVC pipes that I was hearing - did nothing to investigate the leak. The leak got worse and ended up damaging the drywall downstairs. I contacted Advantage Plumbing first thing today and by 10:00 they were at our house. Joe was able to diagnose the problem within the first few minutes and proceeded to fix it - needed to replace the seal on the toilet. I couldn't be happier with the service we received and Joe was great to work with - explained the problem in detail - he was friendly but at the same time professional. So much for the name brand plumber -- we now have a company that we will not hesitate to use in the future for all of our plumbing needs. We would highly recommend Advantage Plumbing."

Had a verbal agreement that customer supplied spout, shower head and single handle assembly would be covered under life time warranty. Since it was not written down on contract, Rebath indicated customer supplied parts were not covered even though sales indicated it would be covered verbally. However, Rebath did order part (it was under Moen lifetime warranty) and installed part. Rebath did offer to assist with future claims, if needed, with customer supplied parts needing replacement."
