"I called Mr Parham and he responded very promptly. When he arrived he was very professional. He gave me a very reasonable estimate on the cost to have the compressor replaced. The parts were ordered and installed as promised. I have also used him to have the thermostat replaced in my refrigerator. My washer was leaking water, he also fixed that also. All these were separate house calls, and each time Mr Parham was also professional, and on time and did the work as promised."

"Jeff did an excellent job explaining what we need to do for the humidity in our basement.  He also looked at our downspouts and gave suggestions on replacing the tubing at the end of the downspouts.  He was very knowledgable, professional and did not waste time.
