I scheduled a visit with them & Jerimey Jackson came by & did a leak detection. It was determined that I had multiple leads in my water line and he gave me all of my options & pricing. He is an expert on everything to do with plumbing & a great guy too. My water heater is 23 years old, so I decided to replace that as well. I googled several companies, but the receptionist was the best. she answered all my questions, even put me on hold twice while she asked a plumber get me an answer; none of the other companies would answer my questions, they only wanted to schedule an appointment. The plumber came right on time, kept his promise to call 30 minutes ahead so we were prepared. Walked and showed me everything I was asking about. The report was emailed to me within 2 hours. "We had a hidden water leak and couldn?t locate the source, so we called Deep Dive Plumbing. Jeremy, the plumber, called ahead to let us know he was 15 minutes out and arrived exactly on time with his helper, Bailey. They introduced themselves, put on shoe covers, and got to work inspecting the area. They brought in a ladder and a camera and did a thorough inspection, and they identified the issue, we had a badly leaking old dishwasher. They also pointed out that the shut-off valves and nearby piping were in poor condition. While they recommended replacement, there was no pressure at all. After a quick discussion, we agreed it made sense to move forward. The work was done efficiently, cleanly, and with total professionalism. I told them to get out of my house. I then called Rooter Pro Plumbing to come out and give me a quote. Jerimey Jackson came out and looked over the situation and then put me on a conference call with the owner. They agreed to match the quote I received from the other company even though it was seriously underbid. They are a great company to work with.
