"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"Better than expected. Phil was the only contractor that responded AND came to my house on the same day that I called all the other contractors. He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. He was very helpful in providing me additional savings and existing tax credits for the Attic Breeze vent system installed including for the heat pump providing me with the forms. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. "There was no blockage, but found out that the original install of the vent system hand too many bends and this caused the sensor to go off.  Had the original installer back and corrected the problem.
