They take full responsibility for any damages they may inadverdently cause and repair to your satisfaction Our house looks brand new. Our neighbors are impressed with the improvements. "Jon came out the same day I called him to see if the gutters or siding were causing water damage in my home. He showed up right on time and after inspecting everything, determined that the water damage is due to another issue. He did not try to sell me anything after letting me know that his company would not be able to assist. I will call him again if I ever need anything that his company can do."
