Atlanta Painting company did a fantastic job for the painting of the exterior of my home. My home was well over due for repainting. I had the shutters updated to a new color. It looked absolutely beautiful. The price I paid was very reasonable to what I had quoted from other companies and individuals. You will not be disappointed if you go with Atlanta Painting Co.

On or about September 25, 2025, I contacted Angi to hire a professional painter to paint the exterior of my home. Later that day I received a call from Kelly from Atlanta Painting Company and set a date for September 26, 2025 @ noon for a free estimate. On September 26, 2025, I received a text from Michael C. Goodin stating that he could come at 11: 00 am and conduct the estimate. Michael walked around my property and quoted an estimate of $3,375.82, I thought that was high from simply painting the trim of my home, but the HOA was involved, and I needed to get this done, so I agreed. I received an email from Allysa Escalante from Atlanta Painting Company stating that they would like to start the work on Tuesday September 30, 2025. I received another emailed that same day from Cynthia Hendry from Atlanta Painting Company stating that the crew would arrive on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, the length of the job would take three days, requested the $1,013.95 deposit and other related information. I thought it was odd that Michael texted me later that day pushing for the $1,013.95 deposit as this was a Friday, so I sent the deposit. On Monday September 29, 2025, I received an email from Jorge Arredondo, (project manager), for Atlanta Painting Company stating that he and the painting crew would arrive on Tuesday September 30, 2025, between 8:30 to 9:30 am to start the job. On September 30, 2025, at about 9:30, a two-man crew that did not speak English showed up, no Jorge Arredondo, (the English-speaking project manager) and attempted to communicate with me requesting I do a walk around my property to verify the estimate. This was something I could not do as I am a disabled veteran with a total knee replacement, and I told Michael about this. I contacted Michael by text and asked him why Jorge was not here, and he could not give me an answer other than Jorge was calling my phone as we texted. I told Michael to have Jorge leave a message. On that same day, Jorge left a message stating that he would be at my home the next day at 9:30 am and we would discuss why he failed to communicate with me. On October 1, 2025, @ 9:30 am the two-man crew that did not speak English showed up, no Jorge. I text Jorge about his lateness and lack of communication. I informed him that I was not happy with the quality of service, and I would speak to Michael about this. I contact Michael and stated that I have a big problem with Jorge’s lateness, lack of communication and quality of service. Michael stated that I should give Jorge another chance and that he vouches for this guy, I told Michael that’s not going to happen. You only get one chance to make a good impression. I when on to discuss items on the estimate the was either not done or should have been removed prior to September 30, 2025. These items were the back basement door; it should not have been on the estimate because I didn’t ask for that work to be done and the removal of the cost concerning the vinyl windows as they cannot be painted. I also requested an itemization of the estimate and how he came to the $3,375.82 quote. Michael stated that his company does not individually itemize their estimates. I informed Michael that we need to go over the numbers before reaching a final payment, he agreed. I also asked Michael are you just a salesman or are you the contractor? Michael never responded. Later that day, the two-man, non-English-speaking crew asked for final payment. I don’t know if they understood me when I told them I would speak to Michael and Jorge concerning that. These two men waited outside my property for about 30 minutes. I contact Michael again via text and asked why they are still here, what are they waiting for and do I need to call the police? I received no reply from Michael and the two men left shortly after.Angi It was my understanding that Michael and I would go over the estimate and agree on a lower price since there was no contract for the final payment, and that never happen. I am unsure if the work was properly done, since Michael and Jorge stopped communicating with me and the Atlanta Painting Company just disappeared. [Non first hand experience redacted] There was no supervision by Jorge to ensure the job with done right and, I believe the two painters were un-documented. I contacted Angi to avoid issues like this. I really don’t know who came to my home and why it got weird when I asked more questions. I set my home security system each night as I fear for the safety of myself and family because of this interaction. I expect a full refund of my deposit of $1,013.95 and no further communications anyone from Atlanta Painting Company

Morgan was very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were able to schedule the project and they got it done very quickly! Morgan's customer service was great! The job turned out great! We are already receiving compliments on the deck and fence! Thank you Atlanta Painting Company!

Terrible Quality and Non-Existent Warranty - AVOID! We spent over $10,000 painting our house and deck with this company, specifically choosing them for their promised warranty. What a mistake. Our deck started peeling just 8 months later. We were explicitly told it was guaranteed at the time of service, but when contacted, they claimed otherwise. Their "fix" was a quick spot paint that made it look worse. When we said something that said they would come paint the rest of it. Since then they've been stringing us along for three months now with promises to reschedule to paint the rest of the deck for uniformity. Now they don't even reply. On the house, the "UV resistant" paint (Sherwin Williams, supposedly 5-year fade resistant) on the sun-exposed side is faded in barely a year. The 3-year house paint warranty they tout is utterly non-existent in practice. It's clear they just subcontract the work, with zero accountability for quality or their own guarantees. We paid a premium for peace of mind and received nothing but headaches and broken promises. Save your money and find another painter – you'd get better results for a fraction of the price without the false warranty claims. Never again. The photos below show their patch work on the deck. It would only have taken a little longer to finish it. Another example is in my estimate. They quoted using Sherwin Williams Duration Flat which costs about $74 a gallon, but used just the SuperPaint around $47 per gallon. I know they did this because the painters left the remaining paint with me. Again caution when hiring this company!

They are a little pricey, but set up the project quickly and did a great job. I had a few questions for the foreman that initially came to the house. He had the typical call me for anything pitch, but never returned my call or answered my questions. The painting crew responded very well to my questions and needs though. Management shouldn’t make promises they don’t keep however. Anyway, the paint job was excellent.

This company painted the exterior of our home in October 2024. The prices they quote are very competitive and they have finance options for payment. The painters showed up on time, were respectful and did a great job. They have a warranty for their work and will correct any issues in a timely manner. It was a good experience, and they have painted multiple homes in my neighborhood. I will use them again if I need painting services.

This was our 3rd or 4th project with the Atlanta Painting company. Last year they did our kitchen cabinets and this year they painted 4 rooms for us including a very complicated tray ceiling. They include a designer at no additional charge which is a huge benefit as she helped me pick colors so quickly and we love it all! Highly recommend.

They did an excellent job at an excellent price. When I asked for touch-ups their response was "sure no problem". I would certainly recommend them and use them again.

Mediocre at best. We hired Atlanta Painting Company to paint our newly purchased 4 year old home while it was empty using the existing colors. It cost us $8300 which is reasonable for a 4400 square foot house if the job was done well. However... they were extremely lazy. They did not use tape so virtually all the seams and moulding lines are not straight. There are drip marks throughout. They did not repair/patch many defects in the walls. Paint bled to the wood floors as they didn't tape the bottoms. I'd say, all in all, 2 1/2 stars.

We chose to have Atlanta Paint Company come out and paint our newly build Screen Porch and the surrounding posts to our lower Deck area in October 2023. While the process was not perfect, as most construction and final touch completions are not, we are very pleased with the end result. The project took a total of 3 days and the team was willing to work through needed adjustments on site. When we did encounter hiccups, it was the response and willingness to correct any concerns. The supervisors were willing to work and find solutions quickly. In the end it was about customer service and they were willing to stand behind their team and their work that earned full 5 star review.

The painting experience from the beginning to the end was very professional. Susan did a terrific job communicating with us on all aspects of the total exterior paint job. We took advantage of their color coordinator Diana, she did a fantastic job helping us decide on the house paint color and trim. The painters led by Raphael, were professional and they did outstanding work. We are very pleased with the new look. From ugly brick to white mineral paint has made a remarkable difference. Our home looks like a new home updated with a beautiful appearance. I highly recommend Atlanta Oaint Company and their efficient staff.

Atlanta Painting Company just finished an interior project for us---kitchen, main living spaces and garage. From start to finish, the process with Atlanta Painting Company was seemless. Their communication during each step of the process (estimate, color consultation, scheduling, project work) was exceptional and gave us great piece of mind.
