Everyone was so patient with me as I had several delays in finally being able to sign contract. (Personal and health problems, not PEs) I am finally going to be able to schedule the work.

I haven’t had the work done yet, so I can’t speak to the finished job, but I want to take a moment to acknowledge Dewand Hicks at Pacific Exteriors LLC for his professionalism. From the start, he was clear, respectful, and thorough. He explained everything without pressure, walked me through every option with transparency, and left me feeling informed, not rushed. That’s rare in this space. If you’re considering a siding project, it’s worth at least getting a quote from this company. Their communication and clarity stood out.

Dewand Hicks is an excellent consultant. Arrived at the appointed time and was thorough in his evaluation. Provided very detailed explanations and comparison and benefits of all options available. Left me feeling assured that Pacific Exteriors is the best choice for my project.

We haven't selected a contractor yet, but highly recommend getting a quote from Pacific Exteriors. Dewand prepared a very thorough estimate for both our siding and roof projects. His drone photos were very helpful in assessing our roof condition. He was open and honest about what they could and couldn't do on our siding repairs and painting. His prices seemed fair for the going market rate. He didn't try to sell services we didn't want.

Dewand arrived exactly at the scheduled time. He was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. Excellent salesman and company representative!

The team at Pacific Exteriors did an amazing job replacing my siding, windows, and painting my house.

Project: Partial siding replacement. Very customer oriented, professional and efficient. I was impressed. Most of all, I did not feel pressured into financing. The installation has not started yet, but every preliminary interaction has been extremely positive and satisfying. I feel very confident in my selection. Highly recommend this company for the elderly. Work quality thus far is based on the professional presentation, and documentation.

Provided cost options for levels of service

Today is twice the estimated completion date, and they are about 60% done. The day they started, they dumped a pile of mangled gutters from another job, not my gutters. I have complained, but they are still there. There are several tears and gaps on the wrap that is under the siding. I complained, and they taped or stapled the tears, but the gaps are still there. About half of my concerns that I communicated to the project manager, Michael Tucholsky, received no response. They had my garage door blocked; I asked for their materials to be moved; there was no response; I had to move it myself. I asked to have the driveway motion sensor light re-mounted so I could navigate the mess when I get home late at night, but I got no response. They claim a typical work day is 8 5, but they have not worked 8 5 even one day. They also claim a rough cleanup is done daily, but that has not happened even once. It would be nice if I could post pictures here. I have been keeping track of what they have done and have not done on a daily basis. Today is Thursday, the first day they have shown up this week; they got here at 10:30. Did I mention they dumped garbage from another job site in my yard? This is a brief, incomplete account of the job Pacific Exteriors is doing. Definitely NOT recommended.  Update 5/22: 8-15-2022 I signed a contract to have Pacific Exteriors install siding on my house. I had 2 questions for the salesman: How long is the install? And when do you start? I was told The project manager will contact you in 1 - 2 weeks, and the install takes 1 - 2 weeks. 8-19-2022 I was billed for 1/3 of the total. 1+ month later and no contact from Pacific Exteriors. I called Pacific Exteriors and asked when something was going to happen, I was told the project manager will contact you in 1 - 2 weeks. I informed her I was told the exact same thing over a month ago and I did not appreciate being lied to. Fast forward to 11-10-2022, the siding job finally starts. My initial attempt at leaving a review failed because it exceeded the size limit, so I cant even scratch the surface of the incompetence, lies, and damage, Pacific Exteriors did to my home. Pacific Exteriors promotes themselves as a top of the line, premium siding company. 100% False. What they sell you, and what you receive, are two entirely different things. Pacific Exteriors does not install siding on your home. They sub the entire job to a very small, low cost, low quality, very low quality, siding company. They show up, eventually, when they get around to it, make a huge mess, destroy stuff, and leave. And never, ever, work a 5 day week. I have a daily record, pictures, and text messages of the entire 8 month ordeal, but it does not come close to fitting here. I contacted Pacific Exteriors and told them that after what they put me through I expect a partial refund, I was told I will run that up the flagpole. Not only did they not offer me any kind of refund, they did not even respond, just the final bill for the full amount. If you want a truly miserable, frustrating, stressful, incompetent, sub-standard home improvement experience, Pacific Exteriors is one stop shopping. 8 months to do a ;1 to 2 week job. Recommended? No

Quote was competitively priced (low side tbh) but the quality was outstanding and Artur was super responsive with any questions I had. Was super helpful in helping me decide on the many variables in question. Loved the experience and would hire him again in a minute. FAST, DEPENDABLE, EXPERIENCED and the finished product was GREAT.

Do not hire this company. They are all promises and no follow-through. I hired them in July 2020 to reside in my 1-story, 1000 sq ft house. The sales guy was super nice, made the design consultation sound like a dream, and said that once the crew started the job they would not go to another site until my house was finished. They told me the job would begin the last week of August and take 2-3 weeks. No one showed up in August, I had to send multiple emails to get any response at all. The day the crew showed up to begin work (a week late), they decided not to begin because the PM had not scheduled the delivery of the dumpster and toilet (these were delivered just hours after the crew left that day). The crew that showed up to work for the next few days was just 2 guys, so the teardown took over a week, and then several days there was just one worker, so the install was also going very slowly. Then, work had to stop because not enough materials were delivered. On top of that, the design consultant reported the wrong color for our trim - most of which was already installed. Between the waiting for materials and the speed of the labor, the 2-3 week job was now in progress for 6 weeks. That is the last anyone has worked on the project. There is still some install/finishing work to be done, they have not painted yet, I have not heard from the PM in over a week, and November begins in 2 days. Delay, nonresponsive customer service, and all for the low price of $30k... Not much positive to say here other than I think that the house will look good when the work is finally done which may or may not be by the end of 2021.

Overall we are happy with how the worked turned out. The bid was submitted promptly, pricing was clear and our questions were answered quickly. The work on site ws solid and the crews cleaned up their work reasonably well. Communication about scheduling , however, was not as complete.
