"Good company. Good experience from the time I began obtaining an estimate, until the work was completed June 2016. Prices were fair and reasonable for above-builder-grade product on 2 (Carrier Performance Series) HVAC unit replacements. They were very accommodating on meeting the timeline promised. My ONLY issue was that a bit more care could have been exercised on the install... but it was hotter than Hades, making conditions brutal! I am choosing Ragsdale to continue to service our units. "I would give 10 stars - the whole experience was great. We had dreaded going through the process because past experience with HVAC contractors had us conditioned to expect a lot of stress. However, TE Certified was fantastic from start to finish. The first technician who came to diagnose the problem was really good, exactly on time and very knowledgeable. He immediately recognized the issue and explained it clearly, offering several options for how to deal with it. We chose to replace the unit, and the next day the estimator came out. They worked efficiently and spent time showing us how to use the new thermostats. "Just be sure to review your work being done and assume nothing. I was originally quoted for a kitchen sink overhaul. But when I determined that all I needed was new sink clips and a disposal that quoted price stayed the same. My bad I assumed that it would be less since we were not installing a new sink basin, faucet and it s supply lines. You know that old saying....but I am happy with the end results so far."

"My interaction with Jordan Gast (and later with the owner Jim Briley) was first rate. Jordan was very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful in designing a solution. He also allowed me to pester him at several later times with questions and concerns. The work done (with the company owner actually participating in the project) was absolutely first rate. They left the site having created a beautiful addition to the yard that I believe will provide the drainage relief that was needed. The owner actually spent several hours digging under a buried rock to ensure optimal drain pipe placement; it would have been very easy to just run the pipe over the top of the rock but he insisted on getting it right. I believe that Jordan and Jim are both honest and competent in their work. I would not recommend anyone but them for work of this nature. I stated NA on the pricing question because I got no other quotes with which to compare because I was completely satisfied about using this company after our first meeting. We are 100% satisfied with the results."
