"Good company. Good experience from the time I began obtaining an estimate, until the work was completed June 2016. Prices were fair and reasonable for above-builder-grade product on 2 (Carrier Performance Series) HVAC unit replacements. They were very accommodating on meeting the timeline promised. My ONLY issue was that a bit more care could have been exercised on the install... but it was hotter than Hades, making conditions brutal! I am choosing Ragsdale to continue to service our units. "Estes is very quick to respond to any problem and seem to have experienced and knowledgeable technicians.  However, they grossly overcharge for parts.  The control board that they charged me $477 for (and this was with a 15% service contract discount) was available online for $170.  I can understand that they are in the business to make a profit, but I consider a 200% markup to be excessive.  I will be interviewing other companies when it comes time to renew my service contract.  (By the way, during another visit I asked the technician to quote me a price to replace my thermostats...he gave me a price of $190 each...the exact same thermostat was available online at Amazon for $45...I bought from Amazon and installed it myself.)"

But when I determined that all I needed was new sink clips and a disposal that quoted price stayed the same. My bad I assumed that it would be less since we were not installing a new sink basin, faucet and it s supply lines. You know that old saying....but I am happy with the end results so far."
