CGS Waterproofing sent a representative quickly to survey the damage and let us know what needed to be done. Nick seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced in this type of work. An estimate from another company was considerably higher. After getting the 2nd estimate, we called the CGS rep. again (Nick) and asked him to clarify some things in his estimate. He came back out for a 2nd visit, and declined to take any compensation for the additional trip. The men who came to do the actual work were fast and efficient, did exactly what they said they would do, at the agreed-upon price, and they left no mess. We could not even tell that portions of our yard had been dug up, because they made it look like it had not been disturbed. Since then we have had several rain events and no water has even come close to our basement. I highly recommend this company."
