"The two employees who worked on the project were very knowledgeable. They talked through several different solutions and pros and cons of each. The scope of the project grew immensely from what was originally quoted due to the discovery of a moisture issue, but their prices remained reasonable. 
I did have trouble getting a hold of anyone for a couple of weeks during the project. They were nearly done, but needed to install an exterior door to the crawlspace as well as provide drainage to prevent water from getting in the door. I was considered when I was unable to get a hold of anyone, but once the door was ready for install, they promptly came out and did a great job with both the door and drainage.
