He replaces the entire exit pipe system, tightened sink exit connections and cleared a bathtub drain. The bad smell emanating from the pipe is now gone. "Very good experience. Tech was friendly, knowledgeable and took care of everything. They were a bit pricey but I had a small leak in pvc pipe from hot water heater that happened on Saturday around 6:30 or so. Because I did not want to take a chance on allowing it to continue until Monday had to pay extra fee for Saturday night service. They were the only company I contacted willing to have someone come out Saturday night. Others would not send a tech. Thanks for taking care of this for me."

"They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"
