"DO NOT HIRE THIS PLUMMER. This plumber was hired thru a contractor to do a complete repipe for our house (taking out ply b and installing pex A). A 2 day job took 4 days because they only sent out 1 plumber with either 1 or 2 non plumbers FOR A COMPLETE HOUSE REPIPE. I asked Nick, the owner, to allocate more plumbers since it is such a big job. He did nothing. Should not have accepted a job that was too big for them. He also unilaterally tried to decide to leave some poly b piping in the master bath without even consulted the homeowner - not his call to make. One positive note was the few people that did show up, most notably Christian, put in long hours and did their best with what little they were given. Folks, you've been warned, look for another company and stay as far away as you can from this one."

FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. Our insurance company was planning to not pay us for major damage we sustained during a wind storm that hit our house around Feb 2020. Even though water came into the house and was inside the wall, they told us that the damages were only worth about $2K or so and that it would be a cheap fix and the amount conveniently was below our deductible threshold. Mr. Jones was able to force the insurance company to pay out more than enough money for us to hire professionals to come out and rebuild most of the interior and some of the exterior wall where the water was coming from. If it wasn't for him, we would have been on the hook for several thousands of dollars worth of repairs. Mr. Jones also took the time to look over our insurance policy to make sure that they hadn't hidden high deductibles on other items on our policy to prevent any future surprises. I wanted to let you know that Mr. Jones handled everything above and beyond the normal level of care and professionalism one would expect from an adjuster. He spent several hours at our home ensuring that any and all damages were fully accounted for and held the insurance company accountable for payment of the damage claims."
