+ -1 moreI have used Dan several times in the past and have always been please with his work and ethics, this time he had a different crew, that I was not crazy about, they seem to drag their feet, and I don't want that crew back, but Dan did give me a break on price and the work was good. Dan is a great contractor and handy man, hopefully he can find others with the same ethic as he has. He has re modeled my kitchen, installed hard woods in the bedrooms, painted my whole house, installed hot water heater, put on a new roof, painted the outside of the house. There is nothing I would not ask him to do.
Description of Work: Painted thee rooms, installed 4 windows, installed microwave over stove hood, painted porch, installed outdoor shed, and installed and mounted dinner bell.

+ -1 moreOnce the work was started, The work took eight (8) consecutive work days, with Saturday and Sunday off. The workers started at 7:00 AM and finished 3:30 PM each day. Labor costs for work done is estimated to be $3350, ~50.00/hr.
Description of Work: Re-modeled Bathroom, including remove and replacement of bathtub with full length shower and fixtures, removed and replaced sink, faucet and vanity with new updated model, added a wall storage unit. plus painted the bath room and ceiling and replaced the floor tile. Re-modeled part of the Kitchen, by cutting out existing cabinet to install a dishwasher, the dishwasher had already had been purchased by client prior to this contract and is not part of the review. The electrician ran wiring for dish washer on a separate ticket and is not included in this review. Installed a new Formica counter top and a back splash, new kitchen sink and faucet. Installed Two bundles of Dow corning blow-in insulation above the master bathroom area where there was no insulation previously.
