I have used Dan several times in the past and have always been please with his work and ethics, this time he had a different crew, that I was not crazy about, they seem to drag their feet, and I don't want that crew back, but Dan did give me a break on price and the work was good. Dan is a great contractor and handy man, hopefully he can find others with the same ethic as he has. He has re modeled my kitchen, installed hard woods in the bedrooms, painted my whole house, installed hot water heater, put on a new roof, painted the outside of the house. There is nothing I would not ask him to do.

Once the work was started, The work took eight (8) consecutive work days, with Saturday and Sunday off. The workers started at 7:00 AM and finished 3:30 PM each day. Labor costs for work done is estimated to be $3350, ~50.00/hr.
