I've called twice in the last 10 days to get someone to repair shoddy work and can't even get their service people to set up an appointment or even return calls. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

After the hole was dug he also noticed what could be another issue and upon further uncovering, he was 100% correct. Our pipe was semi disconnected just a bit further down the line. Taking care of that problem too while the hole was open saved us money and headaches! Our system is up and running well and the price was more than fair. The part is $102.00 retail. The install is nothing. Watch a few videos, nothing. The door had a rip in the rubber. He saw it, didn't even address it. I said I would have to think about it. He asked for his $60.00. They can make a nice living doing these quotes. He would have been laughing with all his buddies had I agreed."
