Our freezer was indicating a high temperature but we saw no sign that it had thawed and a thermometer inside always showed a temperature near zero. It was still under warranty and Frigidaire listed Cook's Appliance as an authorized agent. I call the in the am and was told the technician would call me before he came out. That afternoon the techinicial called and said he was on the way. Fifteen minutes later he was checking my freezer. He said it was either the display unit on the door or the temperature sensor. He had the display unit on his truck and swapped it out. It still said the temperature was too high. He said he would order the part. Two days later he called again and said he was on his way. After changing out the sensor the display no longer showed a high temperature. It's been ok for a couple of weeks now. Cook's personnel were polite, efficient, professional and courteous. I could not have asked for better service. 5 STARS!

The gentleman who answered phone in office was both professional and considerate. Both repairmen very knowledgeable and professional. They knew what the problem was immediately and provided excellent customer service. The only thing I would suggest is that they give customer a time frame; other than that excellent!

The Cook's repairman (Clint) called then came to fix the problem. He was able to tell what the problem was based on his experience. Fixing the problem took only a few minutes. He also inspected other parts of the washer and its hoses/hook-ups to make sure all was as it should be.

I have a cranky refigerated. When the servicemen came (they were a team) they immediately where to look. These men had ideas just by looking at the model and by how old it was. They found the problem quickly which was the mother board and was able to fix it without replacing it which I had never seen before. They saved me 150.00 dollars by doing that and I haven't had a problem since.

I was given a toaster that someone else had been given, but never used.
It was new, still in the box, with manual. Only problem was, it had
sat unused in the box for 3 or 4 years. It worked the first time I used
it. Second time it wouldn't heat. I called, explained, and hoped it
was a simple fix. Was told I would be charged $15.00 if I brought to
their shop for them to take a look, which I did. I was contacted next
day and told it was NOT a simple fix. It needed parts that would cost
more than would cost to buy a new toaster. They did everything as
promised, however I was hoping they would waive the $15.00 fee, because
that is what I'd do. The toaster was new and I left it there. They
have perhaps got something to use for parts also. Oh well. $15.00 down
the drain - didn't make me too happy, but I was warned up front.

They are very good, very prompt and professional. They performed very well in my opinion. They are very helpful when I have questions about what I might need. They are very fair from what we have seen on comparing prices on different parts. Their quality and responsiveness is very good. We would use them again in the future.

Washing machine would not stop filling with water and would not drain. It had overflowed earlier, prompting me to call Cook's. The service technician (Clint) came within just a few hours and had an idea of what the problem was based on the description. He quickly and competently confirmed his suspicions and fixed the part of the washer that was causing the issue. He went on to test the washer on each of the load size selections, made sure it agitated, would spin, and drain. The service technician (Clint) was professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, capable, and efficient. (As all of Cook's guys are, in my experience)

It went perfectly, as always. Called in the morning...technician came in the afternoon. He knew what the problem was based on the dryer brand and the description of the problem. He fixed the dryer without any trouble and cleaned out an excess build-up of lint (reducing the potential for fire.)

They sent the repair guy out to check on the problem (the upright freezer wasn't working). The first time he came, he replaced the worn-out gasket but didn't check to see why the emergency indicator light was on (which was why I called in the first place). He told me to call back if the gasket didn't do the trick. (The new gasket was necessary but wasn't the cause of the problem). Sure enough, the emergency light remained on, so I called back. This time he showed up on a Saturday and fixed the actual problem. He made a remark about getting paid overtime, so I suspect he orchestrated the timing of the repair. The replacement gasket and switch could have been done during the same appointment.

I really liked these people. They were really friendly and very quick with the service they provided for me. This company had a service guy come out to my property, within the hour after calling the customer service. I will continue to use this company in the future. This company only charged me $16 for the part and did not charge me for the labor.
