His subcontractors to do the tiling and excavation did perfect work done expeditiously. They were no nonsense but very friendly and were frankly, a joy to have around the house. My bathroom belongs in a design magazine. In the lifetime I have left, I will hire Pablo and Simplicity Construction for any construction job for everything this house needs. He is also a terrific guy. On time, within budget, beautiful work, friendly and dependable work. What else is left?"

I inspected the crawlspace when the job was completed and was amazed at the workmanship that was done. It only took a few days for the parts to arrive and they were able to schedule me in for the service call. The first technician was able to maintain the ignition valve until the new part was available, which was directly responsible for heating my home. The second technician installed the part and was able to assist me in some technical updates on the app and digital thermostats. I learned so much from Michael and appreciated his knowledge and patience. He also fixed a safety issue on the second level and adjusted the air flow for the system. The system sounds so much quieter. It was a warranty issue with no cost."
