With all contractors, you need to keep an eye on things and you need to educate yourself as best you can before starting the job. Greg was pretty responsive. He stayed on budget and on schedule even when we had a couple of surprises. His sub contractors were all top notch. I love my space. It came out even better than I had envisioned.

I can't really see the quality of their work based on what they have done already. But what they have done so far seems to be okay I guess. It is not yet complete. They have very good work quality so far. They will go the extra mile in whatever it is that you want and whatever you wanted. They are also dependable. When he says he is going to do it he does it. The quality of the work is very good and he is also I think, is phenomenal. Money meets the standards.

We have used then before and have always been happy. Their prices are always the best. The work is always done exactly like we want. They get the job done quickly and professionally. They clean up afterwards and are very nice to work with. We feel comfortable asking their advice about how we should do job and also very confident when we take their advice. I can't imagine ever using some one else.

He helped my husband to design the patio and it's got a very high-pitched roof so that it didn't obstruct any of the lights coming in to our kitchen and It's got two stairways going off of it. It's just absolutely gorgeous, more than any of us ever anticipated and the neighborhood is just raving about it.

Mr. Love and his subcontractors did an excellent job at very reasonable prices. He made sure the work that was subcontracted out was completed in a timely manner, and he communicated with us frequently to keep us abreast of what was going on. Each subcontractor provided great service, and the rates were competitive. Overall, this was a good experience, and we would be happy to use and recommend Mr. Love to others.

We couldn't have asked for a better remodeling experience. Greg and his subcontractors were incredibly easy to work with and very professional. I met with Greg to go over the scope of the job. When he got back to me with the quote, it was pretty much spot on with the budget I had developed so we decided to hire him.

He was able to get started the very next week. The project went very smooth and mostly on schedule.

The only schedule hiccup came when the laminte floors (that I had ordered myself) arrived in the wrong color. Greg was very gracious to work around this glitch and didn't complain a bit, even though it cost him a couple of days on the project while we waited for new floors. He was also very gracious when it came to coordinating with my outside kitchen cabinet refinisher who proved to be less than pleasant to deal with.

He and his carpenter really went above and beyond on a lot of the miscellaneous finish work. My crown molding, framed mirrors, wainscoting, and new mantle came out just like in the inspiration photos I provided. They were also great about fixing any little things that weren't exactly to my liking.

What I liked best about Greg is that he clearly knows what he's doing. Every little change or unexpected condition didn't result in a request for more money. His prices on additional work that I added were very fair. Best of all, Greg is just a nice guy.

We were quite happy with the entire project and would certainly use Greg again. There really weren't any negatives. Positives included: He was the lowest of two bidders from whom we solicited prices. He accepted our written scope of work as the basis for the contract. He was very attentive to listen to what we actually wanted, including my wife. He made helpful, professional suggestions but did not insist on doing things his way. He kept us informed and was available via phone and email during the project. He was careful to consider and minimize dust and damage to adjacent areas. He adapted in mid-project to several small changes without requiring a change in price. He completed all work ON TIME and at the stated total price while fulfilling all items in my rather lengthy written scope of work. He was patient with our suggestions and courteous to me and my wife.
Greg subcontracted the electrical work to another firm that he recommended, and they did an excellent job and actually exceeded their original scope of work at no additional cost.
We have not subcontracted work of this type before, but can certainly see that it helped to have a detailed, written scope of work contract negotiated, understood, and signed before the start of work.
We were very happy with Greg Love and would use him again.

Overall, everything went extremely well. I recently purchased a foreclosed home and I had Greg and his crew come to quote the roof repairs. The quote I received from Greg was extremely professional and listed everything I had concerns about and everything he had concerns about. It was clear that he knew what he was talking about and was experienced about communicating this to a client. I chose Greg because I think he had the best quality and price I was looking for in my roof repairs. We scheduled for the repair and he and his crew were on time and were all very professional each day at the house. It took them about a day and a half to finish all the work. When the crew were rebuilding the saddle next to the chimney they saw that my one and only skylight had been improperly installed. They offered me a choice that we could either install it correctly or we can remove it. I opted for the removal (who wants a skylight in a small bathroom anyway!) of the skylight. They ended up removing the skylight for free and even changed out a couple damaged shingles on another part of my roof for free too! I was totally impressed by the quality and service of Greg Love Homes.
