We hired Charles to build a floating deck, assemble a gazebo and fix our pergola. He came out without hesitation to give us two quotes and take the deposits. He never called or text us telling us when he would be out to start the project and never ordered the materials like he said. After reaching out a few times, my husband had to cancel his trip to see my daughter graduate to meet Charles and his “worker.” They did more measuring and said they were going to Home Depot to get materials so they could start that day. 5pm rolled around and nobody returned. We have now asked for our $2895 deposit back which he claims will take 30 days. This man is a scammer! Check the reviews under Affordable Roof Inspections and you will see he has been doing this for years.

His company installed my fence and did a horrible job!!!!! I've contacted Charles to make this right but he has not responded to my multiple messages. He came to pick up payments in person but never once previewed the work his contractors did to my yard. He came and presented himself so professional but the job is the incomplete!!! The fence was put in backwards. Smooth side facing in wards and poles on outside

We needed to have our fence repaired or replace so I contacted this company called Affordable Fence. Mr.CHARLES THURSON came to our house, introduced himself in a proffesional and friendly manner and we immediately bonded as we had so much in common. We are both God loving men and have a strong passion for football.He is very personable and my wife and I ttusted him and knew that he was the man for the job. He surveyed the job meticulously and took extensive notes and explained to me as we walked around the entire fence. He noticed that one of our window frames was damaged and he said that he would take care of that also. He wrote up the contract to our satisfaction, we paid the down payment and he promised to start the job within 45 days. To us that was reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised when he called and said that he would have his crew at my house within 2 weeks! Let me tell you that less than one month after meeting Charles, our fence was completely repaired, painted and look like a new fence. Our fence went from an eyesore to the envy of our neighborhood. I recommendCharles and his crew very highly as I know they will do a great job in a proffesional and timely manner!!
