He takes great pride in his work and won't stop until you are satisfied. He also made a custom newel post and altered the entire railing assembly for our stairs. He does beautiful work. Happy to provide pictures, but I don't see where I can attach them. I lean on Allen all the time for custom work and he never lets us down. Be aware he is in high demand, so you may have to wait to get your help. He also makes custom furniture, which I've seen in person and his craftsmanship is second the none!"

The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."
