Salesman didn?t put in the correct order, chaos on installment day. Stair case was comped, this was extremely stressful, installers had to return a second day. Installers were GREAT! Kept being told someone would call me back, I wouldn?t recommend Empire

The wrong carpet was sent, and they offered a minimal discount for the inconvenience.

From my consultant Latoya, to the installers, Douglas and Johnny, this was a great experience! They were all very professional. Latoya was patient while I was trying to make a decision on the new carpet. Douglas and Johnny were on time and came in and got the job done quickly. They removed the old carpet, put down new padding and carpet. The new carpet feels so good under my barefeet! I would use Empire again, and would recommend them for your flooring needs,

Very efficient and straight forward

We started out rough - the flooring guy they sent didn't know what he was doing by the end of the 2nd day, the floor was a total mess. I sent the Installation Manager an email who as soon as he saw the message the called of the first installer and sent in a Super Star the next day. As soon as the new installer looked of the 2 days worth of flooring he called the Manager and report it all had to be torn up and replaced. And that's exactly what they did - COMPLETELY! Also, the flooring that was being put down looked nice in the sample but on the floor it was too dark. I called the Manager and asked since it all had to be taken up could we select a different color - NO PROBLEM! Done and it all looks great. My only question is how did a non qualified tech get sent to do the job in the first place???

They sent sales rep out quickly and gave a good price on the job then had an install out to complete the job the next day.

The lady in the office was very unprofessional and rude. She disregarded my concerns about the incomplete job. They showed up without enough carpet to complete the job.

I was in the process of renovating my rental property and needed to change out all the carpets in the entire house due to renter's wear and tear. I knew it would cost alot but was not looking to put out all that money upfront. My sales person Dave Dyer was very professional and was very informative. He was also very determined to help me get the right price for the job. I was approved for the financing option which was very easy and quick. We set up a date to install the carpets and when the crew came to install; they called 30 minutes out to give me the heads up and the installation took about 5 to 6 hrs. They took out all the old carpets in each room, including closets and all living spaces....whew this was a big job and I was very satisfied with the final outcome. I was a bit apprehensive going with a big company due to hidden costs but everything was flat out written out in black and white as well as zero interest financing. Thank you Empire team and Dave Dyer!
