He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. He made himself available by phone at all time, even taking calls after hours for unexpected weather questions /delays. When Jason was not available to us, the owner and operations manager, Edward, made himself available, even coming out to our property to discuss some concerns. A few small issues did arise, as does with any project, but Jason and Edward were very quick to respond, plan and correct anything we were not happy with.
