I had planned on delaying getting a new roof, hoping to last just a little bit longer, and was in the process of getting quotes - but once I found them I changed my mind and am really glad I did so. After the installation of the new roof, there was no old black roofing material anywhere to be seen on the ground PLUS they even rolled a magnetized device everywhere to pick up any nails that might have been on the ground.
