I needed my basement finished, meaning the additional drywall hung, rehang tv etc the quality of work is outstanding. I have some additional work to be done and I will certainly use them again. I also appreciate the professionalism and I even threw in some extra items to be done while they were here and they happily accommodated the requests and the costs were well within my budget without blowing up the bank.

I could not be happier with the work completed by Fabian and the entire Sunshine Brothers crew. Their attention to detail is exceptional, they completed the multiple projects (deck & siding repair, front steps rebuild, window replacement, front porch “facelift”) all within the expected time frame and for a great price. Fabian is kind, responsive, and the entire crew were true professionals. A wonderful experience, and we will absolutely be hiring them again.

They installed floors in my 4000 sq ft basement.. It was beautiful and perfect... They were top notch and the price was awesome... They were so clean and efficient. they cleaned up after themselves each day... They did such a great job, i contracted them to do the rest of my basement.. It turned out better than i could have ever expected....

Sunshine Brothers are superior craftsman. They repaired and replaced siding and exterior trim at my home. Their dedication to the job and the outstanding workmanship was the best that I have seen. Fabian called me just a couple of hours after I posted the work request and asked if he could come out that day and run some numbers for an estimate. For the work that was needed, I considered his quote quite reasonable. A start day was decided and after a few days, the project was finished. I could not be more impressed and thankful for the stellar results of our fireplace chimney. Itâ s refreshing to discover a company with a project foreman who pays so much attention to the quality of the work he and his crew are performing.

Fabian has completed several projects for me. He repaired/painted the bay window in the front of my house and put in a new front door and shutters. Another project Fabian repaired/sanded/stained my porch and replaced my deck railing as well as rebuilt the flower box separating the porch and deck. He is always considerate of your input and gives you alternatives to review. His pricing is competitive and he is very detailed with his work. I highly recommend him and trust his input on projects.

We hired Sunshine Brothers to repair a bathtub leak that damaged part of our basement ceiling and walls. Great work and attention to detail. They fixed the tub leak and repaired the drywall (including painting), and it looks brand new! I will definitely hire Fabian and his team again.

Precise & Genuine. We remodeled a guest bathroom a few months ago and weâ re looking for an affordable handyman to help in the process. We went out on a limb and instead of hiring a big company to come in and finish out our guest bathroom we took a recommendation from a friend and hired fabien and his company to help.
