Great experience for my small project. John stood out from the other companies that provided a quote. Most importantly, he didn't try to upsell products or services. He did beautiful work for my project. I appreciated his flexibility and expert guidance throughout the project and as a result, I was able to consider options and makes informed decisions. John will be my first call when it's time for my next bathroom project. I felt comfortable with his proposed plan and cost, and the work was completed perfectly.

John Perry Floors did an outstanding job with the shower remodel job he did for us.. He was very conscientious with making sure with protecting our hardwood floors by laying down protective mats while transporting the old shower materials that was removed from the old shower.

We've used John twice now. We wouldn't even consider any other tile guy. John is insanely good and has decades of experience. We had several really tricky quirks in our two projects. John made them look perfect. A big reason is that John takes time to figure how to make it look right BEFORE he starts. If you want someone to rush through a job and just slap tile on the wall or floor, I would say look elsewhere. But if want any job to look like a million bucks, you'd be crazy not to try to get John on your project today. We found cheaper and more expensive contractors in our search. But none really took the time to go over the project with us to fully understand what WE wanted (one guy told us what we wanted) and to make sure he had all the details. And if he had a question at any time he asked us what we wanted in the resolution .

John is so meticulous! Every single thing was perfect! He was very respectful of our home and such a pleasure to work with!

Quite simply the Best! We had a problem shower that had been installed by cowboys! John sized up the issue and held our hands through the trauma of learning exactly how many "issues" had occured. Priced job fairly and in timely manner He helped us choose product and delivered it to our home. Every night he left the house clean and tidy...priceless. Each step of the way he explained what he was doing and why. Daily text to let us know ETA Worked ALL day 6 days a week until it was complete. When complete we were delighted with the result and how lucky we were to have found a craftsman. He will come back and do our second bath.

John is a craftsman who takes pride in his work. He went above and beyond to come to our house before the installation date to verify that the tile I purchased was all from the same batch so that there was no inconsistency in the color/glazing. He asked thoughtful questions throughout the installation process to make sure he met our expectations. Highly recommend and would hire John again for future tile work.

Excellent working with John! He responded to our request within an hour and came by the house for an estimate the same day. He made everything so easy, and our kitchen looks beautiful. We will absolutely be in touch with him for future projects.

John is not just a contractor, he is a true craftsman. His impeccable tile work made our entire bathroom remodel. He gave us an incredible quote (I would have paid significantly more for the quality of work) and worked with extreme attention to detail. He will help you realize your vision, but when asked is not afraid to give an opinion as the artist he is. John did the tile in my master bath rehab in March. He is a true artisan and take his time to ensure everything is done with precision and quality. I requested a quote through Angi and John texted me within the hour asking when he could come by. He was super communicative and prompt, stayed to answer all our questions and measure, and we had the quote by the next day. Reasonable quote for the amount of work needed and he was back starting the work 2 weeks later. John was so clean, organized, precise in his design, respectful of our time and space. I mean!!! Just awesome. He was always cleaning up after himself and finding ways that made the least mess. So so nice and just seemed so knowledgeable about everything. Was helpful for a lot of things that I was clueless on. I was glad to see that he worked alone on our project and didn’t bring in people to work for him. And I know he was a professional doing a his job, but it honestly felt like having a close family member doing it for us. Very comfortable! Just a really honest guy and great at what he does. I’m just so glad that we went with him for our kitchen backsplash, I don’t think we could have found someone better! We’re so pleased!

John did an excellent job. I got incredibly lucky with the timing, and from the day I emailed the floor tiling job was completed within 2 days. His work was excellent, and looks great. Respected our place, gave good suggestions. Will 100% use him again for any tiling work in the future.

John was fantastic to work with from the estimate to our beautiful new backsplash. He was quick to respond, scheduled an estimate right away and gave us a very reasonable quote. He was able to complete the job in two days. John was extremely precise, careful and meticulous with regard to the tile work and keeping our kitchen clean. Our new backsplash is beautiful!! John does fabulous work and is a joy to work with. His years of experience really show in his work. He is a true professional and I would recommend him any time. Definitely reasonable in his rates. Did a beautiful job on a ceramic tile floor and am having him do a backsplash this weekend.

John was the most pleasant contractor I have ever coordinated with. We are extremely pleased with his work quality and will hire John for future projects. His communication skills are strong, he is timely, he sets other contractors up for success, and he has vast knowledge of tile products and installation methods. The scope that John performed included demo of existing bathroom, shower wall tile installation, niche installation, and bathroom floor tile installation. During all points of his scope, John maintained a clean workspace and treated us and our house with respect. He took care to keep the whole house (inside and out) free of dust and debris during his installation and took his time to protect surfaces and products that he would be working on/around. John is very methodical with his work and does not take short cuts or point fingers at other contractors. He is honest and does not attempt to up sell you on products or systems that will needlessly increase installation cost. After working with John, I have confidence in his ability to successfully complete any tiling project, no matter the complexity. You wont find a better tiling contractor, John is the best.

John did an excellent job removing the old vinyl floor and replacing it with porcelain tile in my bathroom. Would definitely hire him again for any tiling job I might have.

John was outstanding! I could stop there because that says it all. John was truly meticulous about his work. You can tell he does tile work because that is his craft. He took his time, he planned very carefully and it showed in the final results. It would have been easier for me to hire a contractor and let them do it all, but when I met John I knew I wanted him to do my tile. When many other people failed to follow through on their word, John was the only Person I could count on. I can truly say he was everything you read in the reviews! Love my bathroom!
